I started building for the web in 2007, when I founded a small web company in Porto. Since then I've shipped production software for Betfair, Numbrs, UBS, SIX, Sanitas, Suva and PostFinance, moving from developer to team lead to head of development along the way.
Today I'm the AI Transformation Lead for PostFinance's Online Banking & Digital solution team. I build the community, structures and governance that let people use AI well in their daily work. I know what AI changes in software work because I've spent nearly two decades doing that work.
2007 gründete ich in Porto eine kleine Webfirma und begann, fürs Web zu entwickeln. Seither habe ich produktive Software für Betfair, Numbrs, UBS, SIX, Sanitas, Suva und PostFinance gebaut – vom Entwickler über den Teamleiter bis zum Head of Development.
Heute bin ich Leiter KI-Transformation im Solution Team Online Banking & Digital von PostFinance. Ich baue die Community, die Strukturen und die Governance auf, damit Menschen KI in ihrer täglichen Arbeit gut einsetzen können. Ich weiss, was KI in der Softwareentwicklung verändert, weil ich diese Arbeit seit fast zwei Jahrzehnten selbst mache.
Comecei a desenvolver para a web em 2007, quando fundei uma pequena empresa web no Porto. Desde então criei software em produção para a Betfair, Numbrs, UBS, SIX, Sanitas, Suva e PostFinance, passando de programador a líder de equipa e a head of development.
Hoje sou Líder de Transformação em IA na Solution Team Online Banking & Digital da PostFinance. Construo a comunidade, as estruturas e a governação que permitem às pessoas usar bem a IA no trabalho do dia a dia. Sei o que a IA muda no desenvolvimento de software porque faço esse trabalho há quase duas décadas.
